Stara Baška is located in the south of the island Krk, between towns Krk, Punat and Nova Baška.
Stara Baska is located in a quiet cove rich with undersea water sources and is known among swimmers from all over the island, because the beaches are pristine, and the sea is exceptionally clear.

Beaches in Stara Baska are natural stone pebbles, while the local camp there is a large sandy beach. It is interesting that every beach is a bit different - some have larger and the other smaller pebbles.
One of the beach has a very unusual pebbles very regular shape.

Although in Stara Baska there is a nudist beach, a few kilometers before the town is a nudist camp
The sea is crystal clear and very accessible.
On the eastern side of the bay is a port from the pier - a popular spot for diving and frequent goal in racing swimmers.
Above the port there are two restaurants.
