Holiday house Velebit offers comfortable accommodation 120 m from the sandy beach and the center of Lopar on the island of Rab, in a quiet location and close to all tourist attractions.
It is a beautiful old stone house, fully furnished, comfortable and excellently equipped (all air-conditioned, internet, TV, washing machine, dishwasher, etc.).
It has 2 bedrooms (each with two beds), a large living room with a 2x2m lounge (can serve as a bed for two people), a dining room with a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a toilet and a separate toilet.
The house has a spacious terrace facing the sea with a view of the entire bay, a landscaped green courtyard with an antique cistern and a brick barbecue where you can spend a pleasant time in the shade under the pine trees, and in front of the house there is parking for 2 cars.
Pets are allowed.
Boat mooring rental (by arrangement).
