Each room has a double bed, a bathroom (toilet / shower, washing machine) and a balcony. Some rooms have a balcony with a view of the Mirna valley, Motovun forest and vineyards.
Guests in the studio apartment can relax in the furnished garden beneath the vines.
Breakfast on request, can be served in the bedroom, on the balcony or in the garden.

Motovun is the best preserved early medieval fortress, which has been developed on top of a steep hill. Attractiveness of Motovun is a medieval setting, and the view on the vineyards and the Motovun forest.
In Motovun there are several bike paths and opportunities for paragliding. The nearest beach is located in Novigrad, 15 km from Motovun. Numerous historic Istrian towns are only 20 minutes away by car.
