Apartments Villa Petra**** offer quality accommodation 250m from the beach and 350m from the center of Selce, a tourist resort that is part of town Crikvenica. Apartments of different sizes and capacity are located in a family house situated in one of the most beautiful and quiet streets in Selce, only 200 m away or about 3 min walk from the sea and the beach.
Accommodation is suitable for family vacations in Selce, summer holidays for larger groups, as well as for water sports enthusiasts and recreational vacations.

The accommodation is offered in 7 newly equipped and modernly designed apartments and studio apartments of different sizes and capacity of beds, located on the ground floor, on the first and second floor of the house.
Each apartment has an equipped kitchen with dining area and a living room, one or two bedrooms, bathroom (toilet / shower) and terrace with table and chairs. In the living room there is a sofa that can be used as an extra bed for one person.
Studio apartments include equipped kitchen, double bed and single bed or sofa which can serve as an extra bed for one person, bathroom (toilet / shower) and terrace with sitting set.

All apartments have: air condition, satellite TV, Wi-Fi internet, safe deposit box ..
In the beautifully landscaped courtyard, guests have on use a terrace with garden furniture and barbecue facilities.
For the guests of the apartment there is parking in the yard of the house which is fenced, closed and under video surveillance.
Pets are not allowed.

We do not accept group reservations for staying in several apartments at the same time.

Rental price of the apartments depend on the number of guests, the season period and the length of stay. For exact information about prices and reservations, feel free to send us a query via contact form.
Reservation: Booking is considered confirmed, by payment of 30% of the total amount.

Additional offer: The guests of the apartments have the possibility to use modernly furnished and equipped home fitness, which is located in the basement of the house.
At the peak season, the use of the gym is charged extra, while in the other period is included in the price.
